Connects – Day services

Providing group community and centre-based activities based on the choice and interests of participants, aimed at supporting individuals develop life skills and access the community. Facilities are currently located in Dandenong, Springvale South, Narre Warren, Cranbourne, Berwick and Pakenham.

Your Supports

Offering Individual Support 24/7 with locations for support being flexible to in-home or in the community across the Southern and Eastern regions of Melbourne. *2 hour minimum shift requirement for 1:1 support shifts.

Getaways

Offering community and centre based recreation including Friday night Social groups, weeknight and weekend day outings, to overnight short-stay holidays.

Youth Jobs Now and
Your Job Now

Youth Jobs Now (aged 16–24) and Your Job Now (aged 25+) are transition to work services for young adults requiring tailored support to enhance their skills and capacity for employment. Experienced employment coaches provide 1:1 individual and group coaching sessions to gain skills through a variety of work-related activities that identify job interests, develop a work portfolio, gain practical work skills, and build interpersonal development.

The Bridge Works (Australian Disability Enterprise)

The Bridge Employment offers Supported Employment in a warehouse environment located in Dandenong. Training and Support Officers provide individual training and ongoing support to build a participant’s capacity in employment. It is a fantastic environment offering opportunities similar to employment in the open market. Work options include:

  • Light assembly (Auto, Mechanical and Hardware goods)
  • Product packaging and labelling
  • Pick and pack
  • Warehouse skills
  • Production

Support Coordination (NDIS)

Providing support to assist participants/carers to find the right providers and coordinate a range of supports, both funded and mainstream. Help provide access to the community. Get the most out of your plan and budget. Take the stress out of managing paperwork and paying invoices.
